Practical Implications of Current Domestic Violence Research

06.08.09dv2A new report from the National Institute of Justice looks at the "Practical Implications of Current Domestic Violence Research: For Law Enforcement, Prosecutors and Judges." According to research described in the report, domestic violence calls account for between 15 and 50 percent of all calls to police. NIJ also published a tip sheet with advice for officers making domestic violence arrests.
