A Twin Falls, Id., woman convicted of forcing a 13-year-old boy to touch her breasts was sentenced this week in Nevada to a life prison term, reports the Elko (Nv.) Daily Free Press. Michelle Taylor, 34, was convicted of lewdness with a minor under 14. With the conviction, Taylor faced a mandatory life sentence. Public defender Alina Kilpatrick argued the sentence is unconstitutional and doesn’t fit the crime.
“She is getting a greater penalty for having a boy touch her breast than if she killed him,” Kilpatrick said. Taylor kissed a friend’s child, forced him to touch her breast and asked him to have sex with her.

This country (especially Nevada) and its courts are so out of touch with the temperament necessary to accommodate sexuality, legality and jurisprudence that it deserves the wrath of revolution and all its unpredictability … don’t like it, come and get me.
