Dear Mr James Alan Fox:

I’m in the process of writting a story that is about an officer chasing a serial killer. I’m intrested in learning about what makes a human being into a monster. I’m also trying to learn about proper police procedure in handling crime sences, authposy.
I realizie that every department has they’re own polices and procedures, jus curious as to how to find out? Any information would be greatful. Thank you.

                                                                                         Sincerely,
                                                                                                     Corrina Barrientos.
