Hello
I am the grandmother of a four and half month old that dr. and caeworker are trying to convict my son-in-law of shaken him.
I have a expert from pennslyvania looking at the medical records and she states that this can not be abuse because there is no trama to the brain. if you can give me anykind of information it would be greatly appreciated. The police are saying they are going to arrest my son-in-law this week.

If you can possibly email a copy of your publication scheduled for September in Washington University Law Review, I would appreciate it very much. I have a habeas corpus deadline of July 8, 2009 involving a woman wrongly convicted of murder for SBS, and sentenced to life imprisonment. If you have the time, and know of any links to other useful sources challenging the scientific validity of SBS, that would also be appreciated, but your article will certainly suffice. Thank you very much for your consideration.
